In the case of purchase of the Gift Voucher, the buyer will have the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated within 14 days of receipt of the Gift Voucher; the four-day deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal begins on the day the Gift Voucher has arrived.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, by the purchaser of the voucher, within the 14 days referred to above, the standard form compliant with the. B of Legislative Decree 21/2014 available at this link in pdf version, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address:

The notice of withdrawal must specify the wish to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the number of the voucher for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Air Emotions will inform the Consumer Customer without delay of confirmation of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the Website, of the withdrawal exercised.

The voucher for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the Consumer Customer has communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The only costs payable by the Customer Consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods (postal delivery), as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, “Air Emotions” will refund the entire amount paid by the Consumer Customer within the period of fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used to the at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the Consumer Customer with the notice of withdrawal and in any case using the same payment method used by the Customer Consumer at the time of purchase. Air Emotions reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until it has received the Products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Consumer Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs before.
